Beyond traditional banking, CB Financial Services also operates an insurance agency, providing a variety of products such as property and casualty coverage, commercial liability policies, surety bonds, and other related services. Its physical presence comprises a main office and 13 branch locations distributed across Greene, Allegheny, Washington, Fayette, and Westmoreland counties in southwestern Pennsylvania; Marshall and Ohio counties in West Virginia; and Belmont County in Ohio. An additional loan production office is located in Allegheny County. Founded in 1901, the company's corporate headquarters are situated in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania.
