These SBA programs support a range of business activities, including the acquisition of owner-occupied commercial real estate, funding for business acquisitions and startups, franchise financing, working capital, property improvements and renovations, inventory and equipment purchases, and debt refinancing. Additionally, equipment lease financing is available. As of February 28, 2022, Hanmi Financial operated a network comprising 35 full-service branches and 8 loan production offices situated across California, Texas, Illinois, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Colorado, Washington, and Georgia.
